No communication and misinformation
I ordered my WiFi for my new address and had a technician scheduled to install the new line well I was told the technician won’t touch anything unless the equipment is on sight “router” my equipment wouldn’t be coming until the day after the technician comes meaning he’s came for no reason. I was told I could go get equipment from my local spectrum store but was then told at the store they couldn’t give me equipment that was already on the account but that the technician should be able to do what he needs to do without it. I still have no idea what the solution is and anytime I get in touch with someone about it I’m told one thing and then something completely different happens

I do apologize for the confusion you received on getting the equipment. When the sales team has setup an Equipment shipment, it can lock out the store employees from adding equipment till the equipment that was shipped has arrived. In most cases, the technicians have equipment necessary on the truck. So when a technician arrives they should be able to install the services even if you did not receive the equipment.
