Porting my phone number from Frontier

I would like to commend Jay from Columbus, OH

He went the extra mile to get my phone number from Frontier who was giving me the run-a-round. He took ownership of the problem and kept me informed everyday of the status of my issue. Even called me on a Sunday.

Can't thank him enough. I hope Spectrum can.
