Worst Customer Service Experience
Worst experience I've had with you guys in almost a decade of service. Debby(Spectrum employee) HARASSED me after I told her all I was calling for today was to close my account.
She then proceeded to make me wait 15 minutes to get an offer for me for better service and lower speeds. She then asked me a bunch of questions about why, who I am going with, speed and pricing. It was VERY AGGRESSIVE, RUDE AND VERY OVERREACHING. As if I personally spit in her moms face.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR UPPER MANAGEMENT LOOK INTO THIS. I HIGHLY doubt I will ever come back to you guys after that interaction. I'm sure upper management can find her and my phone call log.
If this is how you train employees to treat veteran customers then I am so glad I went with one of your competitors that offer better speeds at a lower price. And I hope you guys actually do something about that employee because she was beyond incompetent and rude the entire time and she should be employed at a gas station instead of at Spectrum.

I apologize for the poor experience when you called in to cancel services. We have reviewed the call and feedback has been sent to leadership and the agents manager.
I wanted to add that once the service is disconnected, you will need to return any Spectrum owned equipment. Looks like this is just the Ubee modem. The easiest was to return it is to take it to a local UPS store, they will scan it, pack it up and send it back to us. Just be sure you hang on to the receipt until the final bill shows the equipment was returned and received.
