Yard Repair

In early December, Spectrum's subcontractor dug a hole in my backyard. I was told the work was being done for Spectrum's Fiber rollout. To date the hole has not been covered and there is a large pile of dirt next to the hole. When will this be completed?

The hole and the cables have been uncovered all winter. Please advise.

    Hello @BC2atinet;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the concern about the open box. I have escalated this to our field office to reach out to you about correcting this.

    A technician came out and put the cover on the hole but there has been no resolution about restoring my yard. There is at least a wheelbarrow full of dirt piled up next to where the whole was dug. When can I expect the dirt removed and the site leveled out and reseeded?

    Either a field tech or the maintenance team would have replaced the cover. We have a separate team that addresses yard repair. If there are other similar repairs in the are due to system upgrades, they will likely be completed, weather permitting, by the end of spring. The maintenance team will have forwarded the yard repair request as well.
