how can i get a copy of my last statement?

    Good evening @Marali3572 and Welcome to our Community Forums,

    I am sorry that you did not receive your last statement. You can log on using your My Account information to either our My Spectrum App or our website Once you are logged in, you would click on Billing and then Statements, You should find a list of the monthly statements here. You can click on the month in question to review the bill. At the bottom is an option to print or view printable options. Please let us know if you have any other questions. -Lyn
