what happen to my RR email?
I haven't been able to get into my RR email since october I have been on the phone and chatted with you and have had NO HELP. Where did it go? I need important emails. An account comes up, and only one email says changes have been made. Yes I still am a customer paying over $200 a month

Hey @dleevan! I show your mailboxes are still active. You should be able to sign in at Spectrum.net using the email address as the username. It doesn't look like you've reset your password, please select the "Forgot username or password?" option to do that.

no tried that didnt work. did the email address change from new.rr.com to spectrum.net?

No, the email domains have not changed. You would log in with your full new.rr.com email address at spectrum.net. Are you receiving any error when you attempt to login? I do not show the password was reset recently for any of the email accounts you have.0
