I just spoke to Shakeela at Customer Services (4/17/2026) and rate our conversation/attention to detail/knowledge of services and effort to improve things to my satisfaction a 10/10!

Shakeela was so sweet and treated me like family! I am close to 70 years old, so I appreciate her having patience and not rushing! Shakeela is one of a kind!
