I just wanted to make sure this hopefully gets to someone and maybe her boss I’m not sure.

Her name was Crystal/Krystal from North Carolina. She was not just a regular customer service agent, she was the one who you get transferred to when you’re disconnecting service.

She was a ray of sunshine, beyond helpful, and very kind. Not only did she help me with my service, but we got to chat about motherhood and our gaggle of children.

You’ve got a good one spectrum. Thank you.
