Shoutout to Darius - customer service/retention line

Our bills were getting too high so we called to downgrade our internet. Darius offered us a bundle we couldn’t refuse, called us back when he said he would, explained the mobile transfer process in detail, and followed up later in the day to make sure we were set. You don’t often see reps go above and beyond to help you. In this day and age, minimal is all you can hope for, but this experience has been so positive thanks to his assistance.
