LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

Dolby Digital 5.1 Sound

Please upgrade the Spectrum TV app on smart TVs so that the audio will be Dolby Digital 5.1 like on regular cable boxes. This will benefit subscribers who use soundbars or home theater systems.

Right now, the app only supports stereo sound, and I can only get Dolby Digital 5.1 through my regular cable box, or through my rabbit-ear antenna.

I am using the app on an LG smart TV, and would love to have Dolby Digital 5.1 sound without having to rent a cable box.

Please add this feature to all future versions of the Spectrum TV app, regardless of platform.
