I want to recognize the Spectrum Store team in Riverview, FL for the support they provided during an incredibly stressful and ongoing mobile service issue involving primary phone number. After spending several days on the phone with multiple departments and receiving no resolution, I came into this location and received real help from Juan, Sebastion, Landon, and Tom.
Each played a significant role in helping me get my phone service restored.
