    Hello @Jmtv2024;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I am not showing any known issues in your area. You can try unplugging the power to the cable box for a minute. This will reset the box and may restore your picture. If this does not help then please reach back out. It would be helpful if you provide information on what is showing on the TV.
