Spectrum: bad customer support & very hard to disconnect services
They make it very hard to disconnect services. Tony tried to sell me, even though I had already gone thru the process. Asked for security code multiple times, which I did not know. They should have to pay a fine for the months I've already spent trying to disconnect.
