Poor Spectrum Business Connect Service
Where do I begin… after 8 calls and 2 different phones I have now paid for 2 seats of Spectrum business connect and still do not have a functional office phone after a month of paying.
$90 for a phone service that doesn’t work, wasted weekends, nights, tears, 2 phones I can’t return and that won’t work out $200.
Constant misdirection from lack of training directly leading to additional purchases through misinformation. Only resolution given is to spend more money… and they say they support working families and small businesses.
After missing bed times and weekend hours with my kids to attempt to make it work, I’m being told I had to keep a phone they can’t even make work. After incredibly misleading practices, I’ll be going elsewhere after being a customer 5 years.
Save yourself the time and book services elsewhere.
