I had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica in Tampa Bay to review my 90 year-old parents bill. She took as much time as I needed to review the bill and get them on promotion that price. She also provided some ideas on how to lower their price by cable boxes and or dropping a they may not be using of channels. She was outstanding phenomenal outstanding did I mention it’s hard to find customer service folks that actually take the time needed to resolve the issue at hand thank you, Jessica.
