This is a reoccurring problem? Can Spectrum take control of my pc to solve as I am 84 and digit challenged

    I do apologize for the issues you're having. If you are using Yahoo to access your AT&T email you would need to reach out to either Yahoo or AT&T as we are only able to assist with our own email service through our website.
