Internet issues
I have internet and it is constantly going off at least three times a its getting old and im sick of it spectrum internet is so sorry but they make sure they call and text my phone when the bill is almost due and I'm sick of that if something else comes along I will be leaving this sorry internet service and I also called 5 days ago and spoke to a representative and he said my account would be credited I have not seen one penny credited to my account for the second time.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the concerns you have noticed with our Internet services. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this must be causing you. I will need to ask a few questions to determine the best course of action. When you notice the drops are you resetting the internet equipment to bring it back online or does it just return on it's own? Do the lights stay on solid on the modem or do they go off when you notice the drops?
I was able to check and I am seeing that a service credit was recently applied to your account. -Lyn
