Jaloney is #1!!!!

Jaloney came to my house for an Internet outage. He solved the problem!

Jaloney was a freaking ROCKSTAR going above and beyond to help and get me back online!

I had another person for my AC at my house at the same time. The AC person made some disparaging comments about black people, and Jaloney handled it way better than I would have. I wanted to punch the AC guy in the face for being a complete A-HOLE!!!

Jaloney was NOTHING but professional and friendly the whole time he was here. We even chatted about his sons while he was testing the connection.

I was HORRIFIED that anyone would have the audacity to say the rude crap that the AC guy said. I would have said hateful things to the AC guy, but Jaloney took the high road. So, Jaloney needs a freaking raise for handling himself the way he did. You can't find a better employee!

And, we will refuse to use that AC company again!

Seriously, please give him a raise, bonus, or SOMETHING. He deserves that and more!
