Natasha C. (FL rep), who assisted with adjusting my spectrum service and billing, is a GEM of an individual! From the moment she was on the line I knew I was in extremely capable hands. She has a brightness to how she speaks to customers where you can hear her smile through the line. She is highly knowledge of all their services and was able to answer all of my (many) questions- all while being extremely warm and welcoming. Natasha is a worker that cannot be replicated! She is one of a kind, and I was grateful to have her assist me with account.
