Promotions on phones, pay offs, and upgrades

These spectrum salesman will say anything to get you to purchase phones. Just like all the other services Spectrum offer. They told me I would be able to pay off the phones after I got them for the remaining balance which was 200 a phone. After I got them and called they I formed me I would have to pay 1200 a phone and then it would take 6weeks for me to get reimbursed for the rest of the money. I was coorsed into making this purchase under false pretenses again. It has been horrible expenses with all internet and phone providers. It should be against the law to treat customers like this and lie to them to get them into 3 years worth of payments.

Do you remember the name of the individual that told you this? Also can you provide me the day/time that this interaction took place?
