Spectrum Store experience
Went to Spectrum Store at 6150 Laurel Canyon Blvd in North Hollywood to get some account issues squared away. My family member the prior account holder had passed away and I needed to transfer the account to my name. Employee, Eric Blake helped me straight away. Dealing with the affairs of a deceased family member is a emotional and stressful process for me, but, Eric Blake was so kind and helpful that I was put at ease very quickly. Thank you so much, Eric for your knowledge, kindness, and compassion.
