XSTLP-4001

I received an error code of XSTLP-1035, the suggested fix was to unplug everything and allow it to reboot. I did this. When I tried using my tv I was then given a code of XSTLP-4001.

    Good afternoon @dgale6972, welcome to our community. We are sorry that our TV service is giving you that error. Can you please unplug the modem for 30 seconds and also the xumo and try again.
