Ashieya is the GOAT (Customer Service Orlando)
I spoke with Ashieya in Customer Service in Orlando today and she was hands down the absolute best customer service experience Ive ever received. Today I became a lifelong Spectrum customer because of her. Seriously, customer service is such garbage nowadays with AI and all these so-called robots that can barely understand what you're saying half the time. Ashieya stayed on the line with me the entire time while I argued with robots at AT&T for over an hour, and even when I did finally get in touch with an actual human, he was hard to understand, and I could tell he couldn't wait to get off the line with me. I'm about half brain-dead when it comes to this kind of stuff and she walked me through everything while staying overwhelmingly positive. All I can say is if you (Spectrum) want to increase your clientele base and keep them, then keep hiring people exactly like Ashieya. No one wants to deal with these dumb bots. Deals are what get us to switch to Spectrum and employees like Ashieya are the reason we stay.
