Terrible support from Spectrum. My internet has been out for over 40 hours. Spectrum can not tell me why we have an outage or when it will be restored. Ready to switch to T-Mobile.

    Hello @cnsteffas;

    I can understand the concern about the service being down for the last 40 hours. I reviewed the cause to the issue in your area and it is caused by a power outage to our equipment site. There was also strong storms that went through the area and these storms likely damaged several powerlines in your area. Once the power company has fully restore the power then our service should come back up.
