Security Shield falsely blocking my legitimate website — recategorization request

I'm the owner of the domain waxdigger.ai. Spectrum's Security Shield(CUJO AI) is blocking it as suspicious — visitors get ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR and a redirect to block. charter-prod.hosted.cujo.io/warn.html.

This is a false positive. waxdigger.ai is a legitimate music/e-commercesite — a vinyl record price-comparison tool that helps DJs find records from their Discogs wantlist in stock across record stores. It hosts no malware, no phishing, no adult content.

Details for your review:- Domain: waxdigger.ai- Registered: 2026-05-01 (GoDaddy) — a new but legitimate business domain- Valid HTTPS (Let's Encrypt, current); site serves normally to all non-Spectrum networks- I believe it was auto-flagged as a newly-registered domain

Request: please recategorize waxdigger.ai as a legitimate Shopping/Musicsite and remove it from the Security Shield block list. Happy to verifydomain ownership. Thank you.
