Internet outage for over 24 hours
Hello here on a community program with spectrum. Our internet's been out for over 24 hours We have reset the router several times and it's not connecting. We called the office and they are having us directly call you and said they don't know anything about it. Can you please help me. We work and go to school from home so it's been a little hard to take care of business when you don't have Wi-Fi

Hi @mandishae_76, welcome to our community! I'm sorry our service hasn't been working for so long, I understand how important it is to be connected for work and school. I do see there is an ongoing service interruption in your area, so unfortunately there's no rebooting or other troubleshooting you can do to fix this. It looks like the cause is loss of commercial power to our network infrastructure, so once power is restored our service should come back too but no estimates have been provided. You can enable service notifications through the My Spectrum app or Spectrum.net for updates.
