my computer is ok, however, I am unable to access anything on my phone and my wifi is on

    Hello and welcome @Security3042,

    Just to confirm, you're able to get online with other devices, but not on your mobile device? Do you see your home network available to connect to on the phone? If so and you're not able to connect, can you forget the network, then try reconnecting?
