Tom, friendly help when needed most!

I had lost my brand new phone, ID and cards over the weekend and could not go without one because of work… I was desperate. I walked into my local Spectrum Store (Ocoee, Fl) and was instantly greeted by Tom. I explained my situation, and he handled it with compassion, kindness and humor. He was able to quickly problem solve for me and find the path solution. While waiting to set up my new phone he was he was so patient, especially when I had to take a few to log in. Going and spending your morning getting a new phone is never fun but Tom made it a pleasant experience. I felt bad it was taking awhile but he always reassured me it was fine and made sure I wouldn’t leave until he knew my phone was working. Thanks for hiring people like him!
