Big company that truly cares.
I've seen your advertisements. As a Spectrum customer I agreed with them, but recently your company did something very small that made me a loyal customer. Power was out for the entire fourth of July weekend. I mean Friday through Monday the whole weekend. We were finally notified that power would be on shortly, not from the power company, no. It was your company, the one who keep their customers informed even better than the company who was supposed to fix the issue in the first place. I know your a big company, but you think of your customers like your one of my neighbors and I really do appreciate that!
