I would like to give a huge thank-you and kudos to Darius. He was absolutely amazing. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and so patient with me.

As an older person, I truly appreciated how clearly he explained all of my options and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He helped me get a wonderful deal, which I still can’t believe.

Spectrum is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Thank you, Darius, for your outstanding customer service! Keep up the good work. And Spectrum keep hiring people like Darius.
