Spectrum Outage and Unreliability

My spectrum services have been down for over 24 hours! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I work from home and am losing money due to the outage! They don’t have any answers about what the issue is or how long it would take to fix when you call. Unreliable service and horrible customer service. They will be losing a customer to Google Fiber soon! DO BETTER!!!!

    Welcome to the community, @SoTiredofdis_Service ! I'm sorry you're experiencing an interruption with your service. We do have technicians assigned to get the services restored as quickly as possible. A credit request has already been submitted to your account and the system will automatically apply all eligible compensation after the alert for the area is cleared. I hope everything is restored for you soon!
