Roku TV App: Channel Guide Freezes/Crashes on Fast Scroll (Regional App Bug
Hello,The recent Spectrum app update for Roku has introduced a severe remote navigation bug. Whenever I attempt to fast-scroll through the channel guide, the entire app freezes up.I have already thoroughly isolated the issue to prove it is a platform-specific software bug:Affected Devices: Occurs simultaneously on three different TVs (two Hisense Roku TVs, one Onn Roku TV).Controls Tested: Standard modem/router restarts, system updates, and deep Roku cache wipes do not resolve the issue.Network Excluded: The Spectrum app on a Kindle tablet connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network scrolls smoothly without any lag or freezing.Because this is affecting multiple hardware brands at the exact same time while bypassing mobile platforms, it is clearly a glitch in the Roku app's latest deployment code. Please escalate this directly to the Tier 3 App Engineering team so a patch can be pushed. Thank you.
