Spam guard blocking calls on the allowed numbers list

Am I doing something wrong? I've added 2 numbers to the allowed numbers list. A week later they are still being blocked.

    Good morning @Retta1. Welcome to our community. We are sorry for this issues with Spam card. Can you also go to call blocking on the app or website and make sure those phone numbers are not on the blocked list.
