Logging into Roadrunner
We have Roadrunner email ending in roadrunner.com. Our original address ended in adelphia.net until Time Warner bought Adelphia and changed the address to Roadrunner. Our Roadrunner account is attached to classic outlook on a pc, and new outlook on a laptop and a cell phone. However, I can not log into the roadrunner account on line using Chrome because there no workable link. Going through the Spectrum website spectrum.net doesn’t work because the roadrunner account credentials aren’t recognized to log in and using the charter.net to log in and clicking on “Check Email” doesn’t work for Roadrunner either because it thinks its for a charter.net.

We have Roadrunner email ending in roadrunner.com. Our original address starting in 1994 ended in adelphia.net until Time Warner bought Adelphia and changed the address to Roadrunner. Our Roadrunner account is attached to classic outlook on a pc, and new outlook on a laptop and a cell phone. The IAMP server address is mail.twc.com. However, I cannot log into the roadrunner account on line using Chrome because there is no workable link. Going through the Spectrum website, spectrum.net doesn’t work because the roadrunner account credentials aren’t recognized to log in and using my “charter.net” to log in and clicking on “Check Email” doesn’t work for Roadrunner either because it thinks it’s for a charter.net email. I cannot create an account that’s purely Spectrum.net for some reason and using my roadrunner.com user name with my correct RR password that outlook can connect with doesn’t work. I did once get an error message NETGE-1000 what ever that means. I had an online chat with a spectrum person who said that the only solution is to use the forgot password procedure but that doesn’t make sense if outlook can access the account with the current password. I had to reset New Outlook on my laptop last week and entered my username as password and it worked. How do I connect to my webmail using an online browser using roadrunner.com?

You would need to log in to spectrum.com using the roadrunner email and password. You may need to change the password as well. I did notice that the recovery email is still set to an old adelphia.net email. You can log into your My Spectrum account separately and I would suggest updating the recovery email, even if you still have access to the Adelphia email, since we no longer have tools to fix old Adelphia emails.
