Experience Service from West Texas - Abby

I decided to try to modify my service so that i could Auto Pay my bill and find out if there was a cheaper service. I used chat versus using the phone and it was an awesome experienced. I got Abby as a service representative and I want to let you know you have a wonderful service person working for you. She was not only qualified and efficient in finding the answers to my questions but she went past the goal and anticipated my next questions. I worked in banking as a career manager who started in a small bank and moved on to one of 50 largest banks in the US. I know good customer service when i see it and experience it. Abby was it! At 2:10 in the morning she was alert and right on target. Congratulation to Abby for wonderful service to me. Spectrum congratulations on hiring and training a very qualified service employee. Bravo to your service department and your service employer Abby!
