Shane correctly install my internet equipment. He did a phenomenal, incredibly clean installation, ensuring all cables and gear were perfectly set up and working flawlessly. From start to finish, he was patient, professional, and wouldn't leave until he was 100% sure my connection was running at top speed.
He handled the entire job with a level of care and efficiency that you just don't see every day. Shane went completely above and beyond, representing Spectrum in the absolute best light possible.
