A note regarding upgrades and Network Evolution:


Customers will be notified by their preferred communication method (email or text) when upgrades are available in their area
We expect 100% of our service area to be completed by end of next year

LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

Faster Internet is coming your way

Hello Spectrum Customer,

Great news! Your Internet service is getting a major overhaul.  
We’re always improving our network to provide you with the best Internet. Over the next few weeks, you’ll see technicians working in your neighborhood upgrading our network with increased upload speeds and improved performance, giving you:

  • More bandwidth to power more devices
  • Clearer video calls with family or while working from home
  • Better online gaming experience

We’ll reach out in advance with the timing for your neighborhood. 
You will experience a short interruption in service during the upgrade, but we’ll make every effort to perform this work in the overnight hours. We appreciate your patience as we improve your service.
Shortly after the upgrade is completed, matching upload and download speeds will be available up to 1 Gig.

When will I see the increased upload speed as I am still getting the 40MB upload, also will my area get the 2gb download and upload speeds?

    Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!

    I was able to find your account using your community login. From our internal system it shows the upgrades have not fully completed in your area for symmetrical speeds. Once the higher speeds are available in your area you will be notified.
