I'm the owner of noirmusic.shop. Spectrum's Security Shield is blocking the domain for all Spectrum customers, and I'd like to request recategorization.

What visitors see: connections to https://noirmusic.shop fail at the TLS handshake, and plain HTTP requests are redirected to:
https://block.charter-prod.hosted.cujo.io/warn.html?url=http://noirmusic.shop/

The site resolves correctly to 185.158.133.1 and loads normally from any non-Spectrum connection, including cellular data. The block is specific to Spectrum's network.

This is a false positive. noirmusic.shop is a legitimate direct-to-fan music platform offering sync placement opportunities to independent artists. It hosts no malware, no phishing, and no adult content. I can verify domain ownership via DNS TXT record or any other method you require.

I suspect the flag stems from the .shop TLD's general reputation and the domain's short registration history rather than anything on the site itself.

Could someone escalate this to CUJO AI for review? Happy to provide any additional detail needed.
