Spectrum Business Voice – “Missed Call” forwarding no longer rings office phone first
The Spectrum Business Phone Settings website was recently redesigned. Before the change, I could set Call Forwarding No Answer so that my office phone rang five times and then forwarded an unanswered call to my cell phone.
In the new Business Phone Settings page, under Call Forwarding → Missed Call → Forward to Phone Number, the description says “Forward calls to another number without ringing your phone.”
This appears to make Missed Call forwarding behave like Forward All Calls. There is no longer an option to let the business phone ring first and forward only if the call is unanswered.
I called Spectrum Business technical support at 844-493-4458. The representative confirmed that the website changed recently and agreed that this appears to be a problem with the new page.
Could this please be forwarded to the Spectrum Business web/Voice technical team?

Good evening @Charleyca and Welcome to our Community Forums,
Thank you for reaching out to about the call forwarding option for your business account. I was able to locate your account with your registration information. Just to make sure I am understanding correctly, you are still able to forward the calls that are not answered but instead of the 5 rings it is now down at 4 rings? Is this correct or do you not have this option at all? -Lyn
