Why Is Spectrum Internet Connectivity Not Working Properly?
Hello. I am very distraught with my North Hollywood internet connection lately. I work on my computer about 18 hours a day, 7 days a week out of necessity. Unfortunately, my Spectrum internet connection has been really shoddy as of late. For example, on Sunday, June 15, 2025 the internet connection was down for about 31 hours. I have an online collectibles store at https://collectiblesandmoreinstore.com and so having a working connection is a must. Also, over the past two or three days (especially today), my internet connection goes out almost every 10 to 15 minutes. It's so frustrating not being able to work at a productive pace. It takes forever for webpages to connect and 90% of the time it doesn't connect at all and I get an error message. I was running an update and my connection stopped working in the middle of it and screwed some things up that I had to go back and correct. Does anyone know what's going on? Lately, when I see the Spectrum TV ads that have small businesses saying they have Spectrum internet no matter what, that seems to me to be false advertising. I know it's not my equipment because I just got my Spectrum equipment a few months ago in October, 2025. 😫

Business Class is a diferent animal from Residential. Generally, these pages focus on Residential service. If you are subscribed to Business Class, may want to reach out to that support... should have specific people assigned to your account and such.
Otherwise… Residential does not exactly have the assurances you would want for running a business platform. In years past, it was even specifically not supported in the ToS... was pretty clear you were not meant to use it for hosting websites and such for commercial use. It is actually pretty common language with services that need to restrict high usage patterns from impacting stability/performance for other users.

I have a residential connection and have issues with no service. Today is probably the 3rd or 4th time this month I don't have service.
