Recognition To Morgan
I would like to thank the rep I spoke with this morning to fix my e-mail log in due to the Spectrum and Outlook problems that have to this date not been fixed. I spoke with Morgan that he said was from New York. He went above and beyond helping me fix the problem with patience, understanding and a sticking with me until the problem was solved. Please pass on my thanks to him and let his manager know what a valued employee he is. Thanks!
