I want to recognize Lecole from your Florida team for her outstanding customer service. She goes above and beyond she follows up, communicates clearly and gives all the information needed to resolve issues. She treats customers with genuine respect and kindness throughout the interaction. It's rare to get service this thorough and this human at the same time😁 and she deserves recognition for it. Thank you, Lecole, for making the experience so easy and pleasant.
