Pixelation and Audio Dropouts in Spectrum Commercials

During commercial breaks, regardless of show or cable channel, whenever a Spectrum commercial comes on, there is pixelation and audio dropouts. This doesn’t affect any other commercials on cable channels or Spectrum commercials on local channels. Please fix.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues when watching TV. Are you watching on a cable box or through our Spectrum TV app when this happens?

    Good morning. Has any troubleshooting been conducted with the cable box since this issue began? If so, what steps have been completed?

    It’s happening on both my boxes, so it’s not an equipment or signal issue. Like I said, it’s only happening when a Spectrum commercial airs on any cable channel. All other commercials are not affected by this issue. Local channels are also unaffected.
