LEGACY EMAIL KNOWN ISSUE


There is a known issue accessing legacy email accounts on email clients, including Microsoft platforms
Our engineers are aware and working on a fix, there is currently no ETA for the issue to be resolved
No additional examples are needed and there is no need to create a new post
Legacy email users can access email by logging in to your Spectrum account at:
spectrum.net

Improvements to Spectrum Xumo Screens

Spectrum team, our Xumo cable works fine in Indian Trail, NC. However, there are some simple cable screen options not available that are quite value added. Please consider adding:

  1. A page down option in the guide so you can skip down 5+ channels per click rather than having to hold down and speed through too quickly to see choices.
  2. A "last channel" option where one click takes you back to the last channel you were on.
  3. Armstrong Cable in NE Ohio also has a multi-view option which allows you to watch two shows at one time. Very nice when two games are on for example.
