Ariel from i believe Texas did incredible about remaining professional with a difficult customer. She may have depended on canned responses (company provided i assume) rather than answering in her own words but it seemed it was probably on the company’s behalf and script on how to answer certain questions which she probably received during training, which is to be expected for most customer service scenarios like this. But this review is to praise her on remaining professional throughout a difficult customer interaction. Instead of losing her cool she remained professional from the start up until the very end…. Kudos to you? Ariel!!!!
