Dear Spectrum Team,

I would like to take a moment to recognize David Smalley for the fantastic service he provided us.

David was incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout our interaction. He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided us with useful information, and walked us through the different options available so that we could make the best decision for our needs.

What really stood out was how comfortable and easy he made the entire experience. He was professional while still being genuinely friendly and approachable, and we never felt rushed or pressured.

We had a great experience with Spectrum because of David, and I wanted to make sure his excellent customer service was recognized. Employees like David make a huge difference to customers, especially when trying to understand different services and options.

Please pass along our thanks and appreciation to David and, if possible, ensure that this positive feedback is shared with his manager.
