Why are there so many outages since the last upgrade?

This is about the third week since the services were upgraded in my area and all but two days so far have had anywhere from 1-4 outages per day, whereas before the upgrade it was about one every few months. I don't understand why are there so many. It is very frustrating.

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear there has been so much downtime for you lately. I was able to locate your account using your community registration. We can definitely get this escalated to your local field team to have them contact you as they would have more information on causes and what is being done to fully resolve the issues. Is the phone number associated with the account a good phone number you can be reached at?
