Huge thanks to William in Winter Garden, FL (Tech ID 1802)
I want to give a big shout out to William, the technician who came to our home yesterday. Our internet went out after landscapers accidentally cut the underground line, and William quickly and professionally tracked down the problem and got everything fixed.
What really stood out was that he never tried to rush through the job or cut corners. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, and he patiently answered all of our questions along the way. He even helped us with an issue where the box in the wall was too large and kept the enclosure from closing fully. On top of that, he went the extra mile and marked the area where the line had been cut so the landscapers won't hit it again. That kind of thinking ahead saves everyone a headache down the road.
William is a great representative for Spectrum. Knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly cares about doing quality work. Thank you, William, we really appreciate it!
