Spectrum Reliability Customer Service - Kimani

I am writing this review to highlight the excellent assistance I received from Kimani from Reliability at Spectrum. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire interaction.

Instead of rushing through standard scripts, she took the time to truly listen to my issue, troubleshoot it effectively, and ensure everything was fully resolved before ending the call. Customer service can often be stressful, but this agent (Kimani) made the entire process seamless and pleasant. Spectrum needs more representatives like them!
