Sudden increase in Packet Loss data
I have an SD WAN with both a business and home account. The Business WAN is a Spectrum modem, the home WAN is a new Arris modem. On Saturday 3-Oct-2026 at approximately 10am EST, both lines show % packet loss data increasing from near 0% to a sustained 2-7%.
Attached are graphs of LibraNMS data from Performance SLAs I have, and a WinMTR summary taken around Noon EST on 4-Oct-2026.
Thanks for listening!

Hello @rish11z
Welcome to our community! I was able to locate your account using your community registration. I am showing the modem is registering quite a few timeouts, which can cause the issues you're experiencing. This would require a technician visit to address. I've scheduled an appointment for you, but if the appointment date/time doesn't work for you, you can reschedule it through our My Spectrum app.

@Renee_T A technician came out and determined the issue is in the area. Can I please get an update on the area ticket?

I'm sorry, I don't have any updates available at this time but I can clearly see the issue with the node from our end; I will escalate this so we can get an idea when this will be taken care of. We will follow up with you as soon as possible.

@William_M - The ticket must be closed. I noticed a Spectrum truck in the area, and now notice the packet loss percentage is acceptable (short spikes < 0.5%). You may close this - and thank you for the support.
